Social distancing taken very seriously, Sanitising taken very seriously, No problem trying every bed & pillow in the store if you wanted. Staff very attentive and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Will return as & when we need to.

I had no idea where to look in the store for something I saw online, Laura knew exactly what I meant and offered a different colourway, I was unaware of choices til speaking with her, the mattress isn't carried instore but she directed me to a similar one to try, never rushing me through decisions overall I thought she knew her job well and made me feel comfortable with the choices I made. A lovely girl to have helping me with my purchases. Incidentally the other girl was busy spraying and cleaning surfaces I and some other customers had touched...very impressive.
