Meg was absolutely amazing with helping me and my partner choose a mattress. She made a boring task of choosing a mattress fun and interesting.

Very pleased with the assisant who tended to our needs and was very knowable about the products on offer and helped us choose the right product for our needs.

I had a lovely man show us around, he understood my needs, the mattress were well presented and clean. My delivery date is within a good time frame. All round my first experience in the shop and it was a really good one.

I visited the store in Trowbridge one day with my daughter. The assistant Michael was really helpful he gave us all the information we needed. He printed information for us. He was not pushy at all. I returned the next day with my husband and was greeted by Michael again who continued y to I help us and we made a purchase.

Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Made to feel very welcome.

Absolutely brilliant service from the minute we arrived at the store.

We were greeted as we entered the store by one of the shop assistants. She was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. She then took her time to explain the difference between the mattress and helping us by using some bed machine that helped work out what mattress would be better for us. She was very patient and helpful as we then spent some time trying out the different mattress to eventually settle on what we needed. We then moved onto the bed frame, and again we took our time with help from the shop assistant (Charlotte ) and her knowledge of the products helped us chose the right one for us. Overall what could of been a stressful day turned into an easy day with the help and knowledge of the shop assistant and other staff during our visit.
