The sleep-match experience was very good, as it helped us to choose exactly what level of comfort and support we needed. Also Mike the assistant was very informative and helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying a bed. We were given time to go around and really think about our purchase.

Gentleman welcomed us in and offered us a cold bottle of water each, which was lovely on the hot day. We used the machine to see what mattress we needed. The assistant was very helpful and knew a lot about the products
