We arrived at the store at 18.55 , I was just looking to see when they were shutting , I wasn’t going to go in as it was shutting in 5 mins. Charlotte came to the door and invited us in. She was very friendly and didn’t mind that we held her up and she was going home late. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We very much appreciated this.

We were met at the entrance of the store by James. He was very friendly and had a very professional manner. We were taken to the simulator bed to work out the type of bed that would best suit us. I felt safe doing this as there was lots of measures put into place for ppe. James asked what was are previous bed like and what we were shopping for bed, mattress or both. We were given our own pillows to try the recommendations on the list. James was very knowledgable about each mattress and could explain the design of each in great depth. I felt safe within the store trying the beds and we were able to lie on them. The beds were sprayed down once we were finished. James was very knowledgeable about the bases of the beds and gave us lots of options, telling us the benefits of each on. We also chose a headboard and felt very happy with our purchase. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy today and James gave us great confidence in the products we were buying. The delivery date was around six weeks and James explained about the factories restarting due to furlough for coved 19. I would recommend Dreams especially James to anyone purchasing a bed.
