The COVID precautions and risk reducing practice was absolutely amazing, masks provided, anti bac and the use of coverings still enabled my daughter to try mattresses out, I was worried that this may not have been possible. The store was spotless and staff very careful but still responsive to our needs. Michael explained the precautions when we entered and instantly made us feel at ease and very well looked after, in fact we felt like A List shoppers. I explained my very low budget and my daughters needs as she suffers hormonal heat flushes and bad backs, and he did not scoff at what we needed for so little money, he explained everything we needed to know from the materials used and how this affects heat, and then went through all of the support options and the importance of pillow support on posture too!

We arrived at the store at 18.55 , I was just looking to see when they were shutting , I wasn’t going to go in as it was shutting in 5 mins. Charlotte came to the door and invited us in. She was very friendly and didn’t mind that we held her up and she was going home late. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We very much appreciated this.
