James from the Trowbridge branch was really helpful, he showed us lots of options and told us about each of the mattresses. He also made suggestions which were very helpful.

Very good customer service. Showed us a range of products and we found the perfect mattress. It was explained about the 30 night trial and delivery dates. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. We used the sleep match system which helped us with our search
