We were given help by two assistants - Louise and Charlotte. Their information was helpful in aiding us to choose the most suitable product and nothing was too much trouble.

Mike in the Trowbridge store has excellent knowledge of the products and really spent the time to understand our needs, then gave us a variety of options but wasn’t pushy in the decision making
