The staff was very kind and caring and helped the best they could and was very happy to be getting products from your store

Friendly assistant,relaxed and knowledgeable. Never tried to sell is the bed, but adviser us and answered all our questions. Not pushy.

Happy to help and showed me a range of mattresses for my needs and offer me a drink of water well I was waiting all round happy with everything!

Very professional and helpful staff. Have not had the new mattress delivered yet but hopefully all will be ok. Disappointed though in the product going up by £100 from our first visit and quote even though it was black Friday!!
