The Sales Assistant - Micheal in Trowbridge was outstanding, he was welcoming, attentive and really listened to what myself and my husband were looking for, Micheal went above and beyond to find us the perfect bed and was incredibly knowledgable about the products he is selling. I couldnt have been happier with the service recieved. The Health and safety of all staff and customers was fantastic too

We were quickly welcomed into the store and Charlotte explained how our visit will work taking into consideration all the changes in the store and social distancing etc. She listened to our preferences and didn't make us feel rushed.

Hi Mike did everything possible to help Wright from we walked into the store he put liz on the test bed as she is very shy and timed lady and mike treated her with respect and good conversation with gentle caring humer giving Mike top marks thanks

We were very happy with being met at the door and given clear instructions on covid hygiene. All the staff were able to quickly answer or find answers quickly to our queries. Very friendly and eager to help in any way possible thankyou
