With all the questions answered, I was extremely satisfied because, I was made to feel like a valued customer( It didn’t feel like it was being read from a card) And not just another number. Also we bought our last bed from you over 8years ago Now and very happy with the service then also with our purchase and, glad to see you’re keeping up that same standard. And the guy that served me 'Mike' was extremely pleasant.

When entering the Trowbridge store, Louisa greeted me and my mother! Very lovely women, knowledgeable and could ask any question I had. Had what I wanted in store, so Louisa shown me how everything works etc. Just felt very satisfied with the experience as a whole.

The store assistants were all very helpful and friendly. We thought the bed match system was great and it identified some great mattresses to choose from. We were given plenty of time to try things out and there was no pressure put on us at anytime. The lady that processed our order was fantastic and took time to understand what we wanted.
