The whole process was lovely. The lady that helped us was patient and really knowledgeable .. She quickly narrowed down what we were looking for and then gently guided us around the selection. This left us feeling that we had made the right choice of mattress .. no buyers regret, we were confident we bought the right one .. and having now slept in it for over a week we are so pleased with our new mattress.

The lady who helped me (Meg), was very friendly and listened carefully to my requirements before showing me relevant options and giving me plenty of time to chose exactly what I needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made it a personal experience to help us have a good and comfortable sleep in the future which meets our needs
