We went to Dreams in Trowbridge, served by Mike. The best customer service I have ever received in any shop! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He was very helpful and aware of health and safety requirements at the moment. Would definitely recommend Mike and hope he gets some acknowledgement for exceptional work!

We were very pleased with our visit, from start to end. The assistant was extremely helpful, without being pushy at all. He was knowledgeable and informative and gave us the guidance we needed to choose the right mattress. At the ordering stage he explained everything clearly and in detail, checking we understood what was happening. Throughout we felt safe and protected, with all necessary Covid precautions being in place and maintained. We left the store having ordered the right mattress, at a good price and, particularly bearing in mind the current restrictions, it was a good, enjoyable experience.
