I actually selected the bed on line however the mattress need more research. Laura spent a lot of time explaining the various attributes. She had a very good knowledge nut wasn’t afraid to ask her manager, who also was very good, a couple of questions. The store overall was excellent. We have purchased from dreams before and had no hesitation in returning this time
