Excellent customer service by a very knowledgeable member of staff, who spent time finding us the right mattress

After using the technology to establish the best mattress for my self and my husband. We where then offered support and shown the choices and given advice about similar products to compare. As we had chosen a bed frame we where given advice on which matress would work best with slat bed. Everything explained about delivery and recycling old products. After finding a great bed frame and mattress I would have loved to have had it delivered sooner than 5 weeks

The lady who served us (Charlotte) was very friendly and very helpful! She was very honest about the differences between certain mattresses and it helped put our minds at ease! She told us about the bed machine that would tell us exactly what mattress we needed to suit our body’s. So it was a super easy shopping trip to dreams, even with 2 children.

Charlotte was very helpful. She answered all my questions very professionally, and there were a lot. She was very polite and knowledgeable extremely happy with whole shopping experience.

Because Meg the person who assisted us was brilliant and she knew a lot and she was very helpful and she didn’t rush us, she was very kind and very friendly, she made us feel comfortable with what we were talking about and she made sure we got the best service.

We have had our current mattress for 12 years so we popped in to the Trowbridge Store on New Years Day, just to have a look. We thought we would just be trying the mattresses on our own. We were greeted by Meg, she was extremely pleasant, showed us how Covid safe the store was, was patient and friendly with our children. We explained about how long we had our current mattress and felt we needed a new one. She showed us the mattress that measures your sleep position, this was incredible! Then spent plenty of time showing us the mattresses that came up as a match for us until we found the right one. The ordering process was quick and efficient. We were very impressed, Meg was fantastic.

Everybody in the store was very friendly and nobody was pushy. I will call again.

The service was second to none couldnt of asked for a better service.

The worker, Michael, who greeted me and subsequently helped me was exemplary in his customer care skills and knowledge base.
