We received good service from the start - pretty well as soon as we entered the store.Your evaluation system (Sleeprite ?) was fun, but gimmicky - we ended up choosing a mattress than wasn't a recommended one ! We liked your offer of free bottled water - very understanding. Despite all the Covid-related barriers (distancing, face masks, screen etc.) we did feel valued as customers.
