Dreams - Trowbridge

We (my daughter and I) visited the Trowbridge store and James really looked after me in purchasing a new king size mattress. I tried the sleep Beds first to see what bed would suit me best Medium to firm so tried four out with the help of James advising on my spine on the bed etc. Best service ever!

Staff very helpful

Store was very clean and the Covid protection measures in place were impressive with hand sanitiser, screens at the desks, card machines wiped down prior to use, given paper towels to touch items through, nice touch providing bottled water as well. Customer service from Michael was first class, very friendly and helpful with a great attitude. He left a really good impression and was a credit to the company, we will be back in future based on the level of customer service we experienced.
