I was served my James, Store Manager, and his customer service was outstanding. He really listened to my needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress that fitted both my criteria and budget. Not once did I feel rushed to make a purchase and he made me feel comfortable enough to ask lots of questions, his knowledge on products and store services was also excellent. I would highly recommend him to friends and family if they needed help purchasing a mattress or bed related item.

We couldn't have asked for better service than we received that day. We were served by Laura in the Trowbridge branch and I must commend her on her excellent customer service. She looked after us extremely well, and helped us to choose the right products for us without any feeling of pressure to buy certain brands. A credit to your company and the reason we will return to that branch in the future.
