I purchased a bed and asked if a discount was available. I was offered cheap pillows which I didn’t want. Meanwhile the purchasers next to me were offered a discount on the pillows they wanted - not the cheap fibre pillows I was offered. Pillows I wanted were not available and could not be ordered online. I was told paperwork would come through with the date of delivery I was advised for the bed. No paperwork with a date has arrived yet.

A product was advertised in store which we wanted but not available online. Things shouldn't be advertised if not available!

The whole reason i went through with the sale was because the delivery time i requested when i first enquired about the product was available. By the time i had gone through the finance and the credit checks,then went through the Dreams details and the delivery dates the date i had requested was gone and now i have to wait until the 2-10-18 for delivery.Now this means i've had to book another day off work and i have to sleep on the floor in my new flat for a further two weeks. If I had known this before I went through the process I probably wouldn't have purchased this.Not particularly happy!!!!!

Sales Assistant appeared a bit vague and not really keen to be serving me. It was a good job I had purchased a single mattress in this store previously and knew the routine because I felt like I was leading the sale. Although there were signs saying there were discounts on Mattress protectors I had to ask him for one. I had just ordered a double mattress at a cost of about £600 but he just pointed at the rack of protectors and I had to ask him to show me some and then reluctantly he got up from his seat. Oh and didn't come over to the mattresses he was just sat at a computer and we had to go over to him to get some assistance. I was in a hurry to purchase a new mattress and if there had been another store within say a 5 mile journey I would have gone there as I found this really unsatisfactory. The gentleman was a little on the senior side but as far as I could see he was able bodied just disinterested.

The assistance that was given to us was rather pushy and didn't direct us to what we wanted. A mattress we were looking at was £480 but he then took us to mattresses which were both more expensive than this. We could see he wanted the commission more than satisfying us. In the end we found the mattress that was cheaper and we did our own research in the end. We only bought the mattress because of the comfort of it not necessarily the assistance.

For a £99 bed the cost delivery was absolutely appalling. You also put your staff in an incredibly awkward position trying to justify your delivery charge.

Oversold 2 items we did not want Bed cover primary item Oversold 2 items we did not want. Bed cover primary cover £45 and a bed cover£14 . We understand my debit card will be credited £50 please can you confirm that this has been credited to my account Thank you

I felt that I had to buy the add on products, you should let the customer know up front that there is a charge for delivery and for taking away your old mattress. With regards to delivery I live less than 2 miles away from my nearest store yet it is going to cost £39 for delivery which is very high! I felt that the salesman was quite pushy and tried to get me to buy extra items which I did not need and at no time was I offered any finance package which shows on your website.

Assistant was not very friendly , also helped another customer while serving us. He could of made more of an effort to be abit more polite , seemed he wasn't bothered .
