Dreams - Trowbridge

I was dissatisfied that I had to pay £39 delivery for a mattress plus another £39 to have the old mattress taken away.

Perhaps, on reflection, not saying 'Highly Satisfied' is a little bit harsh. We probably prefer the freedom to stroll round a store without being pursued but, there again, being 'attended to' also has its good points because input is always helpful. The overall experience at Dreams was good because we managed to achieve everything even if the purchase was more expensive than we were expecting. If the product proves to be as good as we hope - and only time will tell - then we can obviously say we are Highly Satisfied.

I was asked to go and get a letter as proof im moving to a house I am renting so I went to town and came back to find I didn't actually need that at all. The girl was very apologetic though .

Bed was not available in store and delivery date offered was over a month away.

i thought the price was slightly over priced?

As my mum was coming out of hospital and need a bed at a certain height within a weeks time the sales lady tried very bed to get what we needed.

I Believe customer service has to be of the absolute highest quality to receive a Highly Satisfied rating. There were no problems with the ordering or helpfulness of the staff there but it did not jump out as amazing.

The term highly satisfied is somewhat of a misnomer as I went in to buy a product not for fun or enjoyment but as I had to have it. The assistant made it far more satisfactory than it otherwise would have been as to the questions I answered satisfactory to that's what they were.

Only 1 sales staff so had quite a wait till they had finished with another customer ,before I was dealt with

I don't know yet what it's like to sleep on it.
