We were told on the day of purchase that the 20% offer was ending at 4pm that day and as it was after 3pm we felt obliged to buy there and then. We have driven past the store today and have seen that the 20% 0ff deal is still being advertised and therefore we feel that we have been mislead. It is possible that would have still bought from you but would have probably have taken more time to consider.

Being offered further deals during the purchase, such as insurance and pillows

Sheryl was very helpful and made our visit very productive and satisfying. An excellent salesperson

Max was outstanding with his knowledge and friendliness just would have liked to pay a little less and also the delivery charge was not talked about until we were already paying.

Thought the price of delivery was quite high seeing that we spent nearly a £1000

longer wait for delivery than I exspected

I was not informed of the availability of free delivery and therefore the option was not discussed

Did not need assistance as I knew what I wanted

Mattress protectors were all on sale except he one I wanted which was slightly frustrating as there were sales everywhere except on this product

I am going into hospital and the delivery date couldn't be bought forward at all. As the bed was being bought for my recovery this was a shame and means I have to stay in hospital and extra 2 nights to be able to be discharged. I felt there could have been a bit more negotiation on the price, a free good quality pillow or similar would have made it feel like I was getting something extra for what was a considerable purchase.
