Had to say no a number of times before staff member accepted that I didn't want the additional insurance

I had previously looked at products which I needed to complete the bedroom furniture which was on a 3 for 2 pricing structure. We were given to understand that this was an ongoing offer, but when I returned two weeks later the offer had been discontinued and the goods I needed cost me a whole lot more than I had anticipated. At no time when we first checked out the products were we told that the offer then on was coming to an end imminently, so was very annoyed to find that not only had the offer changed but the catalogue also had been supersceded.

We were slightly confused about the colour coding of products, but this was explained adequately by your assistant.

Having not purchased a mattress for many years I think the price of modern mattresses came as a bit of a shock. It's for that reason alone and probably reflects more on me than it does on the store.

Would of preferred a greater discount

The salesman tried to sell us too many other products when we had specially gone to the store for a mattress only. I understand that he was doing his job but we found this extremely time consuming and pushy.

Pleasant experience, knowledgable team and great price! Walked out of there happy to spend almost a £1000, because we know we got a good deal and it's quality. Thank you.

One of the Assistants at the store was very helpful indeed, the other was not very interested in doing a good job.

I am either satisfied or not satisfied, I find the amount of levels of satisfaction unnecessary when completing feedback forms, and get irritated by the choices.
