Heating in the shop could have been better. Something to entertain the children would be very useful too.

Delivery charge too high.

As I live in a rural area, I am limited for real choice when I make this type of purchase therefore I have very little to measure this 'experience' against. Your staff were friendly, polite and helpful and overall it was as pleasant as buying a mattress can be. I was taken aback at the cost of delivery and re-cycling my old mattress, this added another ~£80 to my bill. Maybe I'm just out of touch.

Would have preferred the option to have mattress delivered to store for own pick up

I was shocked that it would cost me £40 to get the bed delivered to my house when I live minutes away from the store. The fact that I was spending £900 in your store and there was no offer of free delivery was quite honestly shocking.

I bought a double divan base with storage. I only wanted 2 drawers but I wanted them both at the bottom of the bed ( due to limited space) but I was told this wasn't possible, they had to be on 1 side only!! I found this vey frustrating, I understood the explanation I was given, but as I was paying for the item I couldn't see why I couldn't have the drawers put where I wanted them!!!

Well! Satisfied is enough surely. I was shocked by the price of mattresses and with many products these days there was too much choice which makes it confusin.

Mainly I am hard to please when spending a lot of money, and just cause of the way I look, don't think the sales person thought we were going to buy anything

I went at the end of the day and the knowledgable member of staff was tied up with another customer, however when he became available he swiftly dealt with my order, even though it was very close to closing time, in fact he worked through the time happily
