I consider satisfied is all I would expect from this type of purchase I don't find it very satisfying to spend that amount of money on purchasing a bed! The staff and store were fine I would find more satisfaction spending that sort of money on a holiday

The assistance we were given helped us in our choice of mattress. Max was knowledgeable about the product and dealt with us in a professional but friendly way.

I ordered a mattress and leather bed and ask if any further discount would be applied to these products over the next few days. No was the answer! the next day the mattress had decreased by £50 and the leather bed was cheaper through a different supplier. I have contacted your customer services dept.who are really very helpful and are resolving this matter for me.

£1500 WAS A LOT TO PAY FOR A BED, I WAS EXPECTING A BETTER DISCOUNT IN THE FIRST WEEK IN JANUARY.

I haven't received or slept in the bed yet.

Computer problems slowed the ordering down to an almost unexceptable level

The products and service was very good. We have not looked for beds any other place, so we have nothing to compare it to. We have not yet received the beds, so if it all goes well, we would say we were highly satisfied.

Before placing my order I was advised it would be delivered before Christmas. This made me place the order but then I was told it couldn't be delivered until the 29th. I understand it's a live system but why promise a date if you can not follow that through. I was not told about the live system until after my order had been placed and money taken off my card.

A bit more costly than I anticipated paying . But looks a quality item I hope.

The product Pippa D Bedstead Solid Slats was not available in the store and we specifically came to view the bedstead to assess its height for my 91 year old mother The staff were helpful in locating it on line etc
