James the store manager was great, however I do not appreciate the way one of his colleagues spoke to my children you nearly lost the sale because of it - they were not that bad - they were a bit bored as paperwork took ages but she shouted very loudly in front of everyone at them - I am very unimpressed and disgusted by her lack of tact - I would not use this store again because of her

Every thing we did and looked at was satisfying the lady Natasha was very nice and obliging

Because the amount of time I have to wait for delivery. Which is a month from the date of ordering. I could have had a delivery date a few days prior to that which happened to be over Eater which is a religious time. So with that in mind I may not go down that route another time.

Natasha was very friendly and helped me a lot my only complaint is I paid a lot for the memory foam pillows luckily I'd spoken to some friends and family and I'd decided that it was a lot of money to pay for a pillow, luckily I'd look up the refund policy and it said if you don't use the pillows you can return them but how will you know if you like them without using them it's the same as the mattress but there is something in place if you are not happy with the mattress so why not the pillows, it's a lot of money to spend on something you might not like. I'm returning the pillows tomorrow.

Althy everything was good it wasn't perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful and explained the colour coding for different levels of firmness of the mattresses which was helpful. The store was rather bland and clinical in appearance with no bedroom settings to judge their suitability of a particular bed in, this is a shame as the beds are of a good quality and the staff helpful in the extreme.

Very satisfied with our first experience at Dreams.
