Currently not had full service as mattress hasn't arrived yet. Sales man ok but got a bit off when I didn't want the cover then seemed like he just wanted to move on - I take it their on commission to up sell?

Generally very pleased. Some products seemed expensive though and delivery timescale was very lengthy.

Because if it was perfect they would have nothing to strive towards. Anyway the store itself is a bit tatty and soulless.

The sales assistant had to keep deferring to his colleague as didn't know the answer to things.

Only 1 staff member available on shop floor

Both colleagues were with customers when we entered the store - whilst we didn't expect them to rush to our sides we didn't get a hello or a smile from either. We chose the bed we liked without any assistance, and when one colleague was available we asked if we could order the divan base in a different colour. He was a bit dismissive in his way of talking, which made us a little uncomfortable, but he became more friendly once he realised we really wanted to buy a bed right this very second. I think he should have treated us more like we were going to make a purchase regardless, and not like we were about to waste his time. The rest of the transaction was very good, but the intial meeting could have put us off.

just don't do 'highly satisfied' nothing highly satisfies me but over all my experience was good and your hostess Natasha was very professional and helpful. and as for price I cant be specific as that was what you were asking and that's what I paid I'd rather pay less but would have paid more if required,

Just because I did not expect to have to wait a calendar month for delivery of bed- way too long a time for a stock item

We had chosen a bed browsing on line but it was not available to view at our local store. We were however given very good guidance on choosing a matress.
