Dreams - Trowbridge

The bed arrived but as the men were going one said ‘The headboards out of stock be with you in couple of days, they will email you. I did not get email so went into Dreams and there was no record of it on system so now have to wait until 25th nearly a month after ordering bed. Not good service as it was as though the headboard didn’t matter to them. Would not be keen to order anything again.

Liked Max - who looked after us - and some good products available. I'm afraid I just don't like shopping or big business! No real complaints and Max looked after us well.

When I first tried to enter the store it was 18:10 and the store closed at 18:00. I had to come back another day.

Very knowledgeable sales assistant,who was very helpful.

could do with a means of remembering the matresses that were tried and the ones we liked ( possibly a coloured stickers of different colours for each customer removable after customers left)

I am a really challenging person to please! I was purchasing a new single bed for my own teenage son. The shopping experience was easy and he made his mind up really quickly. The sales person really took her time to understand what he was looking for, he listened and chose what he felt comfortable with. All around a good shopping experience

The service and experience were very good. Highly satisfied suggests exemplary performance.

Thought satisfied was enough

I am not happy having to wait 3 weeks for delivery of my new mattress.
