The insurance was included in the invoice without my permission as this was discussed but not actually asked if I wanted the insurance to be included

There weren’t many, if any mattresses within the price range that i was hoping for. However I do understand that a mattress is an investment so I was fine with having to pay the extra however it would be good to see some cheaper options available.

We were very satisfied

Went in to look at a bed for the spare room ,after looking round at the wide selection of beds on offer we decided to buy a new bed for ourselves and put our old bed in the spare room so went in to spend £400 and landed up spending £2000 so we got a new bed and you got a good sale so everyone is happy

Very attentive salesman, offered us a drink and gave us pillows when we tested the various beds.

The store looks like it could do with a good clean

Only a small selection of beds and all rather expensive

When i first asked about the bed i was told that delivery would be in a week or so. When i came to order the bed for my daughter it turned out that there was a over a months wait for delivery. I could have ordered it a lot earlier if i had been told this first off. As it is my daughter is now sleeping on a blow up mattress awaiting her new bed. It is a long time..

I knew more about the product than the salesman did .... I did my research before I went to see the product

Because I found items which were cheaper it was just convenience that we decided to order both beds and the free Delivery, also there is a three wk wait for delivery, this isn’t an issue for me but under normal circumstances that would probably annoy me a little which is why I didn’t mark as highly satisfied.
