I was either Highly Satisfied or Satisfied with all aspects of my visit. So this question does not apply. Comment> We are moving to UK from abroad so there are quite a number of questions that simply do not really apply. But if I try to answer some of them it could give a negative impression which would not be fair to your staff or business.

The store is looking a little tired and could do with a little refurb and move around.

Delivery date options were a little sparse meaning that we are waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Pricing was a lot more expensive than I expected however I was impressed with the quality of the items and the customer service was excellent. I particularly liked the new system to match your sleep position to a particular type of mattress- this really sped up the process of choosing our products.

First the Assistant had no interest in our budget and as pensioners this is important. Then we were sold pillows we did not need and charged for removal of our old bed. None of the pricing was explained to us. When the invoice was downloaded at home we realised then the extent of the charges. Previous bed purchases from independents did not incur these charges and in future we would deal with small shops as the service and understanding of our needs was greater.

Too much time spent trying to sell me insurance, mattress cover and pillows. I stated I did not want them and the assistant tried to change my mind. I only need to say " NO" once.
