More choice of mattresses and insufficient stock in store

Overall the experience was very good. The only let down was the sleep match was playing up & needed to beset a couple of times so the first 10-15 mins we were waiting for this to work. The other point was although the store assistant was very good & helpful, when it came to ordering we were on a tight time schedule, as I was using the finance option I asked how long the process would take & the answer I was given was 5 mins, because I was told this I was happy to wait. Unfortunately it actually took about 30 mins, if we were told the truth we had every intention on returning the next day to complete our order when we had more time / weren’t as busy.

Nothing specific, I am happy with the service I received and in most cases I have selected satisfied or highly satisfied!

I believe I answered as highly satisfied on most of not all the questions. We only went on for a single mattress for our daughter and came away with 3 beds and 2 mattresses.

I had to return to the store to make additional photocopy of my mother’s disabled parking badge. The assistant admitted that she had not had much experience of apply disabled discounts. Perhaps the assistants should be made fully aware of requirements.

Didn’t seem very professional, and didn’t seem too bothered to be there or upsell or say much. My cousin recently visited the store and was offered a free pillow, i mentioned this but was ignored. w Was an okay sale but nothing special, seeming I spent over £2000 I just expected a bit more from him.

I feel that some of your mattresses can be very expensive for someone on a budget especially if it's recommended to change them every 8 years!

We were disappointed the mattress originally required could not be ordered in store, only on line. This meant although we ordered a bed frame, in store, if we had not chosen an alternative mattress available to order in store we would have not received the discount on offer.
