Only that the mattress was not included in the sale & as it’s expensive it would have been nice to have received a discount.

I was satisfied with the overall experience

I found some sales persons to be over persistent when we said we were just browsing we were approached by the same sales person multiple times!

Sales agent got my address wrong and failed to confirm the details he had for me before finalising the order. Also, suggested he could halve the fee for assembly but then didn't reduce the cost. Failed to mention there was a charge for Saturday delivery.

always room for improvement, but I received fab service from Mike in Trowbridge, He knew his stuff!

We were satisfied with the service in store - rarely give highly satisfied responses!

Member of staff was on her own and occupied with another customer when entering meaning that she was not able to see to us immediately. As soon as she was free she was straight over to us but additional staff on duty would have negated this.

Since the product has not yet been delivered, I can’t comment on quality etc.

We were very happy with the whole of our experience and for the help and advice we received from Charlotte. A great store and customer service. I would be reluctant to rate something Highly Satisfied as that suggests there’s no room for improvement at all. When, of course, there always is.
