The man in the showroom was as helpful as he needed to be but seemed to have no personality and it all seemed a bit of an effort. Really disappointed with the delivery guys. I received no phone call. I had a knock on the front door before our time slot, I had to ask the driver not to run straight across my neighbours front garden. I asked them to take the old mattress to their van first, which seemed to be an issue. They marched the mattress upstairs and plonked it on the divan and left. No chance for me to check it over first, I asked if they remove the packaging as your video states, they said they aren’t allowed. No hello on arrival, no goodbye and they’d left and got in the van before I even came back down the stairs after looking at the mattress and checking it looked OK from it being propped up on a door frame while the took the old one away. To make things worse, one of the guys ran across my neighbours driveway to get back to his van. Unbelievable. Do they have no respect for people’s property.

Basic lack of sufficient staff. Only 2 people were on duty and had their hands full so we had to wait until other customers had finished. Very tiring I actually fell asleep on a bed. Not a good advert. Lack of stock meant a delay, but Covid-19 was the perfect excuse.

Price package offered was time consuming and confusing and didn't match the itemized bill as expected.
