Michael who helped me choose the right bed for me was calm and very patient with me where his knowledge of the products on display was absolutely fantastic and I came away from the store with a warm fuzzy feeling of knowing that I made the right choice.

Advisor was lovely and informative- only downfall was after picking our new bed and mattress to be told we'd be looking at 10-12 for delivery to be made to our "postcode"

The products you have available were not available to us with the super king we required.

As the price went up by the time the finance was sorted and paid a extra 50 on top of a high order

We have answered honestly as we can and consider to respond with highly satisfied to every question would not be an honest response.

Beds on display but not in stock. Cannot give a date of when it will be in stock. Cannot really put a realistic time frame on how long the whole process will take and that then holds up the removal of old bed and mattress. As the bed was not in stock some questions regarding upgrades etc couldn’t be answered. The sales assistant Linzie however was amazing and explained she will do her best to keep us updated so that we can try and arrange things as and when we need.
