Staff were extremely helpful and assisted us stray away. The person who was ‘allocated’ to helping us was new at the job but had a good understand and got help quickly when needed. Really happy with the service whilst at the store.

I was helped by the same lady I saw before 2nd lock down, she was very helpful, polite & I was offered water on my journey to find my new mattress & a comfortable pillow, she talked me through each 1 that was selected for me. I was really impressed on the quick delivery time

We were not pestered by any one as soon as we arrived .which is a pleasant change .we were then asked what we were looking for without being pushed were left to look around and left us to make our own mind up.
