Max (the sales assistant) was knowledgeable and took a lot of time dealing with our needs. My wife and I were offered refreshments during the visit. We had undivided attention and felt at ease spending our money on a quality purchase. Additional add on items were suggested without any hard sell which resulted in the purchase of two tempur pillows. We felt our sleep needs were above the need for the sale by max. Very happy with the service.

We knew we needed a new bed. My husband had seen there was a sale on so we went in early this morning. We were approached quickly and shown all different kinds of frames/divans with storage which is what I thought I wanted as well as many different types of mattresses (and pillows!). There was no pressure even when we went away to think about things. Overall a very enjoyable & easy shopping experience :)
