We had fun choosing a mattress and SHeryl even got us pillows to try the bed out . She tried her hardest to understand and meet our needs

The guy (Michael) was very helpful and not pushy, gave me time to have a good look and was available when i needed him to discuss types of mattresses with him.

Nice and simple. The employee came to us very quickly giving us several options which made it very easy for us to choose exactly what we needed.

Michael the young man who served us was very friendly, showed us a range of products even though it was only for a spare room. He even offered us a tea which we were not expecting. Lovely shopping experience very relaxing.

The member of staff was very helpful but not pestering.

I went in on spec, knowing I needed a new mattress but not intending to necessarily purchase that day. But due to availability of products at my disposal and variety in price I found with the help of Max at your Trowbridge branch I did proceed to purchase there and then.
