Sheryl was most helpful, explaining about the colour codes, she took us to various types of mattresses and invited us to lie on them, we have bought a electric head/leg raise bed x2 ... Sheryl assisted us with the control unit

The store manager Jim Filton was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us in our purchases today. He allowed us plenty of time to look at everything on offer.

From the moment walking in, Jim Futon, politely approached my husband and I, and began explaining how the store is laid out - regarding colour coding and type. He then helped us try a few out before leaving us to our own. He not only a friendly disposition, but he had the right balance between helping customers and letting us free to figure out for ourselves. We left and tried beds at another store, but enjoyed the experience we had at Dreams so much, that we decided to give our service to Jim. And true to his word, he found the equivalent bed we were looking at elsewhere and matched the price. It was a wonderful experience, and one of the most memorable customer service experiences I have had to date.

On the two occasions I visited this store the staff were extremely helpful and not intrusive. It was helpful when it was suggested we try different pillows on the beds also but they made it totally clear they were not trying to sell them to us. The staff at the Trowbridge store are excellent.
