Very friendly and helpful service. We haven't bought a bed for years, so didn't have much idea of what was available. We were well advised as we refined our wishes.

We were not rushed and the assistant told us to take our time. We couldn't decide on initial visit and the assistant advised us to have a think about it and if need be go away and think on it, which we did. She also helped keep an eye on our granddaughter whilst we tried the beds.

We were allowed to view the beds at our own leisure. If we had queries re the type of beds and mattresses that were available then the manager, Jim Fulton , was only too happy answer them.

The sales advisor was quick to attend to my needs and discuss in depth the matress options. I was offered a drink which was nice. I was explained how the finance works and exactly how much the extras cost. I have used dreams before a feel my experience was even better this time round.

The colleague new what he was talking about and help me choose the right mattress for my little boy. Very happy

My husband has a back problem and are old mattress was making his bad even bad so we were looking for a new bed as are was broke So we asked about mattress and walked out with a new bed and mattress which is very comfortable on both are backs
