The saleslady was very thorough and efficient and we didn't feel at all hurried to make up our minds.

It was our first visit and we were treated politely with a no pressure approach , the sales team were very professional in every aspect and explained the product and transaction clearly. We will not hesitate to use dreams again

The members of staff on duty showed exceptional customer service. Sheryl in particular whom took us through step by step. Immediately put at ease and no pressure selling involved. Absolute star.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I paid a few visits to this store and each time they helped as much as they could.

I have arthritis in my spine and needed to be sure the new mattress I was purchasing was correct. Sheryl, the assistant at the store, had a very good knowledge of the products and spent time asking me various questions. She had the patience to show me around and try out many of mattresses until we found the perfect one. She made me feel very relaxed and confident in my purchase and wasn't at all pushing to sell. I had such a wonderful experience I even went back to buy a new pillow that Sheryl recommended. I'd like to thank Sheryl for her time, excellent service and I would highly recommend others to visit the store.

There was the right amount of time with the assistant and time to privately converse with my partner over decisions. I didn't feel rushed into making a decision or under pressure to purchase

When arriving in the store we was greeted by a friendly member of staff who introduced himself has Jim Fulton and ask if he could help, we asked for the sort of thing we was looking for he and gave us some information on what was available in store and pointed us in the right direction for us to have a look asking if we would like him to accompany us or if we would be ok on our own, that made us feel comfortable to shop and buy, well done dreams
