We were able to take our time to check out the various beds which were on display. We ended up with 2 beds that we were interested in and Sheryl, your sales assistant explained in detail their construction and we were then able to place our order.

Fantastic service very knowledgeable staff

Sheryl was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not too 'pushy' and gave us plenty of time to decide on a product. When we returned home we looked at product on line and realised bed would be too big for room, after contacting Sheryl we were signposted to your customer services and after phoning we exchanged original purchase for another product. Customer services were also very helpful.

Sheryl was amazing really helpful in helping decide which bed and mattress to choose. Slightly disappointed that finance company wouldn't accept me even though I earn over £50000 a year (had issues 5-6 years ago) but no problems since and I'm the one who pays all the bills I do think the option to appeal a decline decision should be an option if proof can be provided. Luckily my husband Blake was accepted.

Staff was extremely helpful, asking specific questions and more importantly listening to us to ensure she showed us mattresses that were tailored for our needs. Very happy with the service and the prices. Delivery has also been arranged for our convenience. Would definitely recommend.

We were welcomed into the store; there was no pressure; we were shown various options - bases and mattresses and 'best' of all given a cup of tea.

The sales assistant was very informative and had a good product knowledge, she was a pleasure to deal with and very polite.

Second time going in as many weeks this time to buy a new mattress for the bed set we brought last time. From the start the staff were as always polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about mattresses, they asked me and my other half questions to start of with then got us to try out a range of mattresses asking us questions about how we felt the whole time and we ended up finding the one that was right for us. To sum up i was very happy with the customer service could not fault at all the products were really good the only gripe i would have is that i had to pay to have the mattress delivered.
