We found the shop assistant extremely helpful guiding us through the various options, she had good product knowledge and was able to answer any questions and even produced the type of pillows we liked while trying out the beds. We spent a long time making our decision and felt under no pressure or at all rushed,

Only went in to browse, with intention of going to two or three bed shops before making a decision. However the choice and knowledge were excellent and the interest free period made a difference to our decision.

The lady (Sheryl Eggington) was very friendly and took the time to explain and listen to what I was wanting.

The visit was a pleasure from start to finish. Our previous perchase from another store a few years ago was not as friendly or proficient. Max your rep was polite and very knowledgeable. He waited for us to look around and then offered assistance. He engaged with the family as a whole and it was nice to see this. The selection of products was great and we found with little time what we wanted to invest in for our bed. After the choice of bed we sat down and followed the process through which was a little long winded, I understand was required. It was nice to be offered the aftercare and optional extras which we chose the pillows. I loved the idea of the 30 day guarantee and also the 8 year information. I will shop again here for the kids and also when we want to upgrade again. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

The member of Staff who dealt with me was extremely polite and helpful with the advice that was given,whilst my order was being processed I was offered refreshment . On entering the Store I was allowed to browse at my own pace before I was approached by the Staff member asking if I needed help this I appreciated as I did not feel pressured in any way

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy and allowed us time to make up our own minds whilst being available to answer questions.

I was asked if I wanted help when I arrived at the store. I was told about each of the mattresses and we discussed what I needed due to problems with back pain when I slept. I was able to lay on each bed to try it for comfort and the member of staff at the Chippenham store Sheryl was very pleasant and didn't rush me at all. She then gave me a special pillow to try on all the beds again. The service was excellent, Sheryl was nice and knowledgeable. She was also efficient when taking my order which she did quickly and thoroughly.
