The cleanliness of the store and space available to examine products. The staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A pleasure to shop at the Trowbridge store

Sheryl and the young man I saw earlier in the week were very helpful and put me at ease. Nothing too much trouble and was nice "not to be pounced on" when entering the store (both times)

I was shown exactly what I needed, the lady was very helpful even though there was only two staff on. I have used dreams before and been highly satisfied my goods I have purchased and costumer service.
