The service that Sheryl provided was fantastic. She was talkative and very helpful. We were also given the option to spend as much time as we needed deciding on which product we would like, however we did go by her recommendation for the mattress and are very much looking forward to the delivery date.

It was very easy to find out about products and their availability. The sales man did a good job. the store looked lovely and very inviting, especially the way the beds were dressed. i have made a few purchases now and would go back as items are easy to find.

My visit at dreams was very satisfying as all the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products I was after and helped me out when I couldn't decide. They offered us drinks and didn't rush us in making decisions. They were polite and in the end found the right bed for us that we was after. Great experience.

Max was very helpful, taking us through several matrices until we were completely satisfied with our choice. We did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. He was very friendly and informative giving us advice to help us with our specific needs. He made it a nice comfortable experience. This made us confident in making what is quite an expensive purchase.
