Sheryl Eggington from the Trowbridge shop made the daunting experience of bed buying really easy. She was knowledgeable, helpful and genuine.

found Assistant Sheryl Eggington to be very friendly knowledgeable and patient in dealing with our needs. we only went in to look and walked out purchasing a acti k mattress.

No pressure selling but was very helpful and answered all our questions

Jim who assisted us was very pleasant and professional, we didn't feel rushed into a decision. He explained the products and policies to us very patiently and thoroughly which helped us purchase the product that was right for us.

We walked into the store, were greeted and asked if we needed help. We were then left to explore, knowing that Max was available should we need help. When we were ready, he explained the products well, knew exactly what we were looking for (bed and mattress for a teenage boy!) and didn't try to push us into something we didn't need. Very helpful, processed order quickly and efficiently, gave us the perfect delivery date. Couldn't have been better really.

As soon as we walked in the Trowbridge store Sheryl offered to help straight away and made our purchase really easy. She had a lot of knowledge and was really friendly. Would deffinately recommend going to the Trowbridge Dreams and speaking to Sheryl.

Sheryl who looked after us was very knowledgeable and ensured that what we purchased was what we needed and was within our budget. Sheryl has excellent customer service skills and an ability to engage with her customers instantly.

We were approached by friendly staff who have lots of help and info but also have us time to browse and think. Staff were always close to answer questions and kept checking we were ok. I was a lovely cup of tea! We were given lots of options to help us make the right decisions and staff had brilliant product knowledge.

The sales rep, Max, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, understood our needs and helped us to find what we were after.
