We went to Dreams in Trowbridge as was met by a sales associate called Mike. He was very friendly and courteous. We wanted to do the sleep match, he talked us through the process thoroughly. With the results he talked us through the top three and provided pillows so we could test the various mattresses. He gave us time to consider our options coming back at regular intervals to check if we needed anymore help. We had all ready made our mind up about the bed frame so from choosing a mattress and ordering was pretty swift. The only down fall is 10-12 week wait due to the mattress

Staff very helpful and friendly taking time to explain different types of divan bases and the covet process was very safe and reassuring the shop and staff were absolutely amazing thank you dreams for all your help

The assistant approached me immediately and the Covid protection measures were evident straightaway and constantly throughout my visit. She let me use the bed recommendation machine and showed me the mattresses it suggested.

James was attentive, excellent knowledge of products, patient with us. Delivery dates explained and expectations of date satisfied.
