I had no idea what sort of mattress I was looking for, but James (or Jim) was extremely patient, and told me lots of details about each mattress I tried. He didn't mind how long I took over each 'try-out' I had, or that I kept returning to the first one I'd tried to compare them - he actually suggested I did that. He was serving other customers at the same time, but the timing was perfect and I never felt forgotten!

I am a widow swopping my super king size bed for a double. James picked up on the sensitivity and was very helpful without being over the top. The store was very light and airy lots of choice.

I was pleased with the service I got, Sheryl (the shop assistant) was friendly and helpful. I can't fault her customer service skills or product knowledge. She delt with my order very promtly and efficently.
