We found a bargain in an ex demonstrator mattress. The staff were very friendly and gave plenty of time to ensure we were catered for. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jim was extremely helpful and showed us examples of all the mattresses we were interested in, leaving us for an extended period to try them out. At no time did he crowd or rush us to make a decision, being very pleasant and helpful at all times - a credit to Dreams. We were also offered tea or coffee by both staff.

Excellent service - not at all pushy and very knowledgeable about the products. I now very much look forward to receiving the bed as it was so comfortable my husband fell asleep in the shop! Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Dreams.

The assistant was well up with the products and there was a very large number of products to view.

When a sales assistant became available, he listened to my requirements, showed me all available products, then left me alone as requested to decide. Then processed my order in an efficient and friendly manner.
