James (known as Jim on a daily basis according to him!) was excellent, he really knew the product and helped me buy a Tempur cloud mattress in super king size , he really knew everything about his product, I even bought a duvet and some pillows and cover too! He was a very natural sales person , friendly and let me try all the different beds and take my time. I had 2 small children with me too and he was very good about them. I could not recommend him highly enough or the product and service. Excellent, Emma Twiner

Jim Fulton was excellent as he spent time explaining the various bed/ mattress options when we told him we were only casually looking. Jim's product knowledge was excellent, was not over pushy, until we had made a decision and then like an experienced salesman that he must be would not let us leave until we signed on the dotted line, although we did have strong bartering or he would not have won the order.

Sheryl almost new what I was going ask before I did so. Her knowledge of the items was faults and she had an answer for each question I posed. I had, previously visited your website but you can't buy a bed without trying it. Hence my visit.

The whole experience was very easy, the assistant found out exactly what we wanted and helped us find the right bed.

A friendly and helpful assistant who listened and understood our needs and was not "pushy". Very comprehensive range on display which helped to zero in on the best for us.

We we highly satisfied as we were not pushed into getting something we didn't want and let us take our time. We were asked if we wanted a drink and we were treated really nice and we were talked to in a polite way
