Dreams - Trowbridge

we were served by the manager Jim Furton assisted byt Sheryl. They made it a happy experience , knew the product well and made us feel at ease unlike ither bed shops we visited. When we went in we were uncreatin about buying a mattress but ended up spending a good deal of money plus bought pillows

very satisfied with the staff help, but was thinking later why we were not advised a better mattress which was half price at that time. otherwise very happy with the purchase.

When entering the store neither me nor my partner, had any idea what we were looking for from our purchase. Sheryl was a huge help! She greeted us as we entered and allowed us to browse before offering to help further and within minutes she had narrowed it down to 2 mattress types! Sheryl was an absolute dream sales assistant without the usual pushy techniques. We went away from our first dreams visit armed with details of the bed and mattress allowing us to check the room with for size before purchasing the following weekend! Jon processed the order on Sheryl's behalf as she was with another customer and again he was a pleasure. We purchased 2 of the tempur pillows (even if I was reluctant to spend £86 on pillows!) Thank you so much to Sheryl and Jon for your fabulous service! I can only hope the delivery on the 7th is just as exceptional.

I was happy with the 1st mattress I bought but the delivery time was longer than I had expected so I was pondering about one that although was comfy it wasn't as comfy as the the one purchased. The man selling told me not to settle for something that wasn't quite right. Having thought about this I am so pleased he had said this

The assistant took time to find out what we required and pointed us in that direction. This meant we did not waist time looking at totally unsuitable goods.

The store was very busy but someone came over very quickly and assured us that we would be seen ASAP. The assistant who served us was very helpful and patient and answered all our queries.

Very good service

During our visit to Dreams the stores assistant Sheryl that helped us was very informative of all the mattresses that we were looking at. She understood our needs and guided us in the right direction. At all times Sheryl was not pushy at all and had a pleasant manor throughout our visit. Sheryl encouraged us to try out the mattresses to help us choose the correct one for us that would suit our personal needs the best. Yes we did buy a mattress and look forward to having it delivered very soon. I do believe that if Sheryl was not as welcoming and friendly as she was we would have probably left without a purchase.

Sheryl, who served us, quickly assertained our requirements before showing us a range of products to meet our needs. She gave useful advice, pointing out pros and cons, in a friendly manner. We were given time to consider and even offered a cup of coffee!

Sheryl was so helpful and really knew her job. I was in a hurry as I always am and she was really good. The only thing was I felt more staff should have been available. However I'm really pleased Sheryl served me, she was excellent
