Excellent experience in store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helpful but not pushy which is jyst what we needed! Sheryl who served us was lovely and even got us a coffee :-)

Bought a mattress 5 years ago and decided we needed a firmer mattress so as I received good service last time and the time before came back again for a new one

The store manager was excellent friendly and informative , not in the least pushy even made me a cup of tea, very competitive rate

Our assistant, Sheryl was very friendly and informative.

Both staff in the showroom greeted us with w welcome greeting and a smile. Our priority was to ensure a delivery within three weeks and staff readily and quickly ascertained which products could be made available. They listened to what we wanted and walked around the showroom with us to indicate the products available. It was a pleasure to shop there.

JUST WANTED A CHEAP BED AND THATS WHAT WE GOT

I spent a long time trying just about every bed and Sheryl the assistant was very knowledgable and patient. I had previously tried to buy from Argos who failed to deliver 4 times and their customer service kept me on hold for an hour each time. I thought I would try Dreams As I could try the bed and talk to a human who understood my needs, bit more expensive but I have a mattress I'm very happy with. The delivery men, Richie and Julian, were prompt and kept me informed of when they would deliver. I would recommend trying all the beds and spending a bit more as I've never had such a good nights sleep.

Very happy with the customer service we received. We were made to feel welcome yet not overcrowded. Your colleague Mr Jim Filton had a high level of product knowledge and used this to find a bed that is hopefully suitable for us.
