The Sales Assistant, Max, was friendly but not over familiar. He did not rush us into a decision but allowed us time (with a cup of tea) to ponder. When we had made our decision he was efficient with the paperwork so that we were not kept waiting.

My over4all impression of the store {Dreams} was of very easy acsess to al products on dispkay. A customer was just leaving so Sales Assistant/ Manager Scot listened to my requirement of a firm substantial matresss and he quickly found exactly what I needed as my present matress is quite old. I tried matress---mt son felt iot was ideal for me as i am 85---- the price including delivery charge was 288 which wasw haqlf price Great Glad I visited Dreams. Harold GIBBS.

Me and my partner were served by a lovely lady called Sheryl she was very friendly and helpful in directing us to the product we wanted . She was very informative about the beds, finance and warranty. She really seemed to believe in the quality and value for money in the products she was selling. We forgot a document for the finance and went back two days later and she remember us, what we wanted and even some of our details which made the service seem very personalised. She was very real and straight forward with us and It felt like we were being served by a real person and not a sales robot!

We have purchased from you before and found the service and quality of the products to be excellent. We also looked at competitors but felt both the products and service were not as good. I always like a sales person to help me to buy rather than try to sell to me which Dreams staff definitely do.

The salesman Scott at Trowbridge. was forth coming,friendly polite, knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. His female colleague was also on hand and kept an eye on the children whilst we tried the beds! The store was clean and easy to find what we were looking for ie mattresses. E

The sales person was very helpful and considerate of our requirements letting us try different mattresses out and allowing plenty of time to make sure we chose the right one. She made the whole process friendly and easy.

The lady who served us was very friendly, extremely hospitable and completed the order efficiently and quickly. She found exactly what we were looking for and picked a close, helpful delivery date. Very pleased with the service recieved and will definitely be bed shoping with this company again, before all others.

I would highly recommend this Dreams store to anyone. Proffesional assistance, who helps to find the best for you and can answer to all your questions. In our case, Sheryl was the one who approched us as soon as we entered the shop and quided us all the way trough during our visit to help us find the best mattress what we were looking for. She is deffinitely one of the best sales assistant I have met.
